Our Approach to Care

Terra Rosa Home Care provides a traditional, private pay model of home care, focusing on building lasting relationships and delivering personalized support.

• Personalized Care Planning: We begin with a complimentary in-home consultation to thoroughly assess needs and preferences. This allows us to create a customized Plan of Care that addresses specific Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), companionship needs, and household support. 
• Quality Caregivers: We understand that the quality of our caregivers is paramount. That's why all Terra Rosa caregivers are W-2 employees who undergo rigorous screening, including comprehensive background checks, TB testing, and verification of CPR and First Aid certifications. They receive thorough orientation and ongoing training to ensure they are equipped to provide the best possible care. 
• Focus on Support: Our services are designed to assist with daily living, promote safety, and enhance well-being through means. This includes personal care assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, medication reminders (not administration), and transportation for errands and appointments. 
• Ongoing Support & Quality Assurance: Our commitment doesn't end once care begins. We conduct regular quality assurance visits and maintain open lines of communication to ensure ongoing satisfaction and adapt care as needs evolve.
